Return Eligibility

At Meilin, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Returns requested more than 30 days after the delivery date cannot be accepted.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.

Meilin provides customer service for customers in the United States.

Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item received
  • A product with a verified quality issue

Meilin will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Changed mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • No longer needed
  • Preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
